This course reviews what autism is and is to help break down current stigmas and increase understanding. The course will also aim to educate on correct language and help promote more inclusive culture in the company by opening up the discussion and breaking down barriers.

Sensory Sensitivities
What is included?
This course aims to increase understanding of sensory sensitivities and hopes to break down barriers in relation to how autistic people may act when feeling overwhelmed, how autistic people may dress and how autistic people cope with sensitivities. The course also explores the spectrum in more detail and explores accommodations.

Communication and Interaction
What is included?
This course looks into different styles of communication and also different types of interaction. It will look at how people can perceive tone both spoken and written and also look at ways to understand different styles of communication. The course will look at how autistic people perceive non autistic peoples communication and what everyone can do to help communication be more inclusive.

What is included?
This course looks into Neurodiversity as a whole including overviews of other neurodiverse conditions such as; ADHD, Dyslexia, Autism. The course will show how some conditions interlink and have similarities and will also discuss how employers and colleagues can be more neuroinclusive.

This course is aimed at recruiters and human resource professionals to go through different hiring practices that will promote a diverse workforce. The course aims to provide education and information on how to properly onboard someone who discloses a disability but also how to make the workplace more accessible for everyone to make a safe working environment for those who do not wish to disclose.
